By applying for a place at The Paperdolls Market you are agreeing to these terms and conditions:
All sales are conducted directly between the Seller and the Customer.
If you are successful in gaining a stall and/or workshop at the Market and you can subsequently no longer attend, we will only offer a full refund if we receive 6 weeks notice or more prior to the market date.
By submitting your application form, you are confirming you have obtained your own public liability insurance. You must have this to trade at the Market.
Stallholders are personally liable for their individual stalls. Stallholders will not hold The Paperdolls liable for any damage, loss, theft or injury incurred while participating in the Market.
Every stall holder is responsible for clearing their own rubbish and vacating the Custard Factory premises by 6pm.
Stallholders must use best efforts to stay for the entire duration of the Market.
There is limited space in our Market Hall. If your application is successful, we will contact you with payment information as well as ascertaining whether you require electricity and these must be agreed in advance of the Market day. If you are bringing your own stand, please provide us with images and dimensions so we can place you accordingly. Please note, everyone will be allocated the exact same space.
We will be photographing the Market during the day and you may therefore appear in some of the photos. If you would rather not appear in our promotional materials for future events, please notify us as soon as possible.
As organisers of the event, The Paperdolls’ decision on layout of the market hall and individual placement of stalls is final and non-negotiable.
We will run the market in adherence with any governmental covid requirements and will inform those successful participants of any such guidelines in advance of the physical market day.
